How are we doing? This question can only be answered by completing the EPRRS Match Report Form. We have recently made major changes to make the form easier to use and interpret.
The match report form can be accessed by logging in to the website and clicking the link that appears on the right-hand side of the page. We urge representation for both teams involved in a match to complete the form and provide this information to the Society.
The first page of the form provides information about the individual completing the report and the date and teams involved in the match. If you are unsure of the referee's name, the Society can obtain it using the date and the teams.
Pages 2-5 list specific referee competencies that we would ask you to rate using the descriptions provided and then provide any additional feedback related to the items. The competencies being reviewed are as follows:
- Scrum
- Lineout
- Tackle
- Ruck/Maul
- Advantage
- Communication
- Positioning
- Control
The final window on Page 5 provides the user an opportunity to provide general comments about the referee's performance.
