Please see the important information concerning Yellow and Red Card Reporting

It is impotant that all Referees remember to report all Yellow and Red cards promptly after their matches.  The link to the Mid-Atlantic Rugby Football Union Disciplinary Report can be located on the upper right had corner of the EPRRS website titled 'Red/Yellow Cards.'

The form takes minutes to complete.  We ask theat you fill as much of the form out as you can to allow for proper tracking and administrative actions as it becomes necessary.  While we look to have this filled out as much as possible, the critical information is as follows:

• Player's Full Name
• Player's CIPP Number
• Player's Team
• Description of the Incident

Referees should obtain the first and last name of the player while speaking with the captain at the time the card is awarded.  The CIPP number can be found very easily on the USA Rugby website (https://membership.usarugby.org/PublicRosterRpt.aspx).
