Referee Feedback Form

Feedback on Referee performance from Match Officials, Captains, Coaches, Players, and Spectators is a welcome and important source of guidance for Referee Development in the Eastern Penn Rugby Referees Society (EPRRS). This form provides one forum for such feedback to be effectively received and disseminated by the Society. The information provided here will be treated with respect and discretion, and any personal information entered will remain confidential with the EPRRS Referee Development Committee. To assure responsible feedback, all sections of the form should be completed.
